Can I talk with a human?

Xfinity has moved so far away from people, I can’t reach a human. The AI service is horrible. The phone system hung-up on me multiple times and the Xfinity Chat is a special level of awful. Can you please have a human call me for support? I was thinking of the Xfinity phone service but no way after I can’t even get to a human.

I’ve been an Xfinity Customer for years at a few different addresses. I decided to do a month-to-month contract this year. They opened another account to start it. When I login it brings up the one that I’m a platinum member on but no current service plan. It’s not bringing-up the Xfinity Now one that currently have. The rep said I wouldn’t lose my platinum status benefit like peacock streaming service for no additional cost(used to have that). But since having the NOW service my account isn’t showing up correctly and I lost that benefit. Wondering if my account can be fixed where bills, benefits etc…show up correctly?

user_fj3rmv Thank you for sharing this information. It sounds like there was some misscommunication. As of now, Xfinity NOW Internet customers are not officially eligible for the Xfinity Rewards program, so you would no longer get to keep using Peacock unless you subscribe to it on your own.

Thanks for explaining that NOW services are excluded from the rewards program. I think they need to explain that when people switch to NOW services that they lose benefits. Anyway I hope you guys look at your system to be more customer friendly. Thank you
