Calls

Im increasingly finding it highly unprofessional receiving up to 5 calls a day from the system. I understand that its past balance but this is interrupting me working and living my life. The ironic part is if I need to schedule a callback with you guys its 4 days days out currently.

However, these notifications are intended to help prevent an interruption of service due to a past-due balance. Our goal is to make sure you're aware of the account status and any available options before disconnection occurs.
