calling customer service

Trying to call a customer service to a get a live agent - system bounces me around offering anything but what i am looking for - live agent. I am just disgusted with the level of customer support

@XfinityFrank​ i am looking for some help re my current plan - price went up significantly in the past few months and i am looking for ways to save money, maybe by downgrading my tv package or cancel it completely if no promotions/discounts available to someone who has been with comcast for 25 years
