user_0c7830 Greetings! Thanks for being active on our Forums and our team is here happy to work with you to see what is going on with the Caller ID feature at this time. Let us take a deeper look into this for you to make sure that feature is still reflecting on the account after the recent change to the account, can you send us a DM with your name and address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
