Cable/powerline down

Cable/Powerline has been down. I’ve called multiple times and sent in a request through the app. I have two ticket numbers, but no one has been out here to put up the cable/power line yet it rains a lot and my dog is outside a lot. I am not sure who else around me has Xfinity but I don’t want my dog or lightning to strike it and it’s on my property. A tree could fall. Anything could happen please someone send help the line is low it almost touches the ground.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
