Cable wire still not fixed

Xfinity hooked up a green wire form the Xfinity box to my panel lid . Now you can hardly get it open. I returned a call to a rep who was a male

As he told me it would cost me 100.00 to get it fixed or they would have to replace everything or dig or bury a ground wire. He said there was no listing for that problem for a tech to come out and his manger wouldn't even know what to do about it. I called like 2times before that. Finally a lady at another number took my call and said a tech would be out today.

The man I talked to was at a Comcast store.

[Edit: Phone number] They came out but never fixed it. The green wire on the panel lid. So Xfinity what is your purpose leaving it like this?

You got another review on trust pilot . It doesn't look so good on there for Xfinity.

I guess you guys need a lot of work and catching up to do . Lots of [Edit: Language] customers. Hopefully things will get fixed.

Have a nice day.

They never fixed it. It's STILL hooked up to my panel lid were you can't open it all the way.

What's Xfinitys purpose for this?
