Cable still across back fence
I am trying to contact someone is regards to service we've had done recently. The work order says the work is done, but there is still a cable hanging from the house, across the back fence, and down through the woods. This is why we wanted the cable buried. It is a safety issue. Will they come to remove this cable?

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
