Cable runs ABOVE GROUND from box at curb to my house

Our service was erratic after bad weather in early January 2024. Xfinity detected it, sent a technician, and he corrected it by replacing the cable from street to house. This involved pulling up the old cable which had been buried. He put in a request for someone to come out and bury the new cable.  After a couple weeks of nothing, we asked Xfinity to come out and bury the cable. They acknowledged the request, and then shortly later we got a text saying the case was closed. A few weeks later, after we realized that this meant that no one was going to come out, so I placed a third request.  The man I spoke to said that they would send out someone the next day. Again, no one showed up.

Before long it will be time to start mowing our lawn, and the exposed cable will really be a nuisance.

Can I get some service here?
