Hello. I never complained about anything to Comcast but for this I definitely have to. A gentleman was working in  our alley way around the time of October or November. I can’t recall exactly. The pole he was working on sits between two houses back yard (alleyway). 735 Hampton Road WPB 33405 and I am also writing on behalf of 731 Hampton Road, behind our houses across the alleyway is High street. We don’t know which house he was doing the work for. We are very upset at the mess he left by that pole. If code enforcement passes through they would give us a violation for that mess of wires on both sides of the property. This is so disrespectful to us, We live here and we’re very much responsible for any debris on our side of the alley. I was initially going to call about my WiFi signal. It seems to kick me off and back on. I haven’t had the chance to call but decided to write about the two situations at once, because it happen from that point. Years of living here, seeing many guys from Comcast work on that pole. Not one employee has ever left a mess, each guy always cleaned up after themselves taking everything with them. This last individual who work on this pole during October or the month of November, did the worst job I have ever seen. He left a very long black wire on the ground, pieces of wires directly on my side of my property, leaving an orange wire wrapped dangling at the bottom of the pole.  An employee representing Comcast should have integrity, pride for the quality of work they do for Comcast and a commitment to the many thousands of customers Comcast have, we expect nothing less but quality work from Comcast employees. I’m sure there’s a way to find out who worked on this pole the last couple of months with the address provided above. Please send someone to clean up the mess and fix the wires on the pole, the dangling orange wire that is inches from the ground and very accessible to anyone. Maybe have them look over his work as well,  My internet connection has not been working correctly. I now have one bar on my iPhone and my security camera freezes using WiFi.  Is there a way to send pictures to see for yourself at the mess he left?

Thank you for your attention Yolanda colon
