Cable not working for a year
In June/July 2023 XF 'upgraded' the neighborhood.
Ever since then my television has not worked correctly.
On every device and every channel there are blocky pixels and sometimes even blank or channel not available messages. Sound is also affected.
IT IS UNUSABLE - FOR A YEAR NOW
I've had 7 techs come out and at this point they have verified MULTIPLE TIMES that there are are issues outside of the home that are causing these issues.
They have replaced all splitters and RG cable to both the modem and the TIVO devices.
They have replaced the ENTIRE line connecting my house to the road pedestal.
The last tech that was out on 6/8 told me that something needs to be adjusted on the upstream at the node or tap - ticket number is 8041700.
I'm about to just cancel cable service - especially now that you have put in this new AI based phone system that appears designed only to prohibit contacting a human.
I've called multiple times to try and get this fixed and all they do is send another tech out who tells me that the issue is NOT IN MY HOUSE it is AT THE NODE OR TAP.
