Cable not getting buried and it's been months what do I do?

It has been months and no one has come out to burry the cable. There are JULIE flags all over my yard, I cannot mow, and I'm afraid my neighbor kids are going to trip over it when they go through my yard. I have called multiple times and have gotten no where on this.

Can you tell me exactly when someone is going to come to burry the cable? I was told I had to make an appointment but no one ever told me when that was and a person said each time I called my appointment got pushed back, but as far as I know they never gave me a date or time or anything.

Hey there, user_q733j4, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the line issue. We want to ensure that this is resolved for you once and for all. I would be upset if I couldn't mow my lawn, too, and we do not want anyone to trip! You have reached the right place!
