Cable line exposed for two months, multiple calls, neighbor's line being buried today while mine is ignored

Xfinity cable placed across my yard two months ago.  After the 14 days of waiting for it to be buried, we contacted Xfinity to inform them that the line was still laying across the yard.  During the past 60 days various members of my household have contacted Xfinity several times at an attempt to receive resolution to this issue.  We noticed today that a van labeled with an Xfinity logo is burying a cable at one of our neighbors' houses that was only laid across their yard last week.  We used this opportunity to do what was suggested to us by notifying the person digging that our line is also not buried.  The person digging claimed to not speak enough English to communicate with us and just kept repeating the phrase, "I'm working on this house".  Suggestions for us to look at him and point to our house across the street and show him the cable were ineffective.  The individual seemed to be uninterested in lifting his head and turning it 90 degrees to view the now battered cable that has been laying across our yard for about 60 days now while getting run over by grass cutters, other maintenance people, and tripping up elderly individuals within the house trying to navigate the unsafe conditions in our yard.  We don't know how to resolve this frustrating and unsafe condition.  So very sad...

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Having a cable exposed across your yard for two months is concerning, especially when it's creating a tripping hazard for members of your household. We understand your frustration after multiple attempts to get this addressed, only to see a neighboring property receive service while yours remains unfinished.

We don't want you to have to continue chasing down contractors or repeating the same information. We'd like to help determine what's holding up the burial request and what needs to happen to get the appropriate crew involved.

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look?
