Cable line bury request not being fulfilled

Hello, my underground internet line was cut and I put in a service request about a month ago. A technician came out and connected a temporary above ground line. I was told a dog crew would be out within 14 days to bury my permanent line but no one has come. I contacted Xfinity over the phone last week and they said they would send someone out last Friday, but no one came. I would really like to get my line buried before winter.
