CABLE IS RUNNING ACROSS FOUR PROPERTIES

since we closed on our house in November of 2024. The call center in India is no help (they are great at creating "escalation tickets" that no one acknowledges and making appointments that Xfinity technicians ignore)

I have an appointment today (created by Tarun at call center) between 1 and 5 pm, that I would bet will not be kept.

Thursday 5/8, I had an appointment between 8-12------no one showed, called or texted-------what is my time worth? Waiting on Xfinity to do anything is frustrating and expensive. Will Xfinity be willing to suspend my charges until this issue is resolved? Seems fair>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with ongoing issues and missed appointments, especially when it impacts your daily life and property.

For work orders like yours, there are several factors that can affect the timeline and completion. These include obtaining necessary permits, coordinating digging and drilling operations, and navigating any obstacles that may be present. Each of these steps is crucial to ensure the work is done safely and correctly, and sometimes this can lead to delays or changes in the schedule.

Please send us your full name and complete address via direct message so we can monitor your account and make sure everything is moving forward correctly.
