What is the link to add a comment in the forum for customer service issues?  No one knows it when I called and cannot find it online.

If someone comments in the oval spot right under your (anyone's) post, like I am doing here, the reply will be found right under the person's post or reply we wished to reply to.

If you reply in the lower location, that reply will go to the last reply made (bottom of the list.).

Under the original Customer Service Icon there is a sub menu with 4 choices..

However, this location, would be the correct one. Please go ahead and post your concern in this forum as a "New Post (New Question)"

I filed the complaint and got a canned message thanking me for my information.  It will go no where as they really don't care about customer service!

If you were referring to a link to a customer Complaint form to fill out. That was removed back in 2017.

I did find your original complaint you posted late in 2021.  It looks like many people jumped on your post and no one here replied to you.

I will Escalate this post so a Comcast Employee (live person) can get needed personal info in a private way to help you out.
