Cable card pairing and activation issues

I have been trying for a month now to get my cable card paired and activated so my Tivo Bolt can access the channels. Everytime I call tech support theym claim to have sent it to a second level supervisor and they will contact me. But no one has ever contacted me. 

How do I get in touch with someone that can get this working?

The auto attendant is a total waste of customer time.

Hello, please allow me to take a look into getting your cable card paired for you here.

Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@ljdeutsch We want to ensure you are able to activate your cable card without issue! Can you please go into more detail on what issues you are running into when trying to activate your cable card? Are you getting any error messages? What device are you trying to use to active the cable card with?
