Cable Card Help
I am looking for a Xfinity Cablecard Tech to help me I have all brand-new tivo equipment and I have 4 new Motorola Cards I have been a customer for over 20 yrs . We have tivo at our first home and it still is working great ! But.... We just opened a new account under my same phone number and I have a tivo edge and 2 tivo mini boxes to add to our new 2nd home. I have all the info I need to get the card activated but I cannot get connected to the cable card department. I have read on the forum that they might be able to help me. I bought the tivo stuff over 3 months ago and they will not take it back because it has been to long even thought I just opened the boxes! SO I would really love some help!

Good Morning, @user_LC149! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach back out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I do apologize, but no new cable cards can be added onto your account as we are no longer offer Cable Cards of October 2024. We can certainly document the feedback on our end, but at this time the cable cards are not able to be added onto your account.
