Cable Card for Tivo
I'm a new customer with Comcast, I recently (last month or so) activated three services (cable tV, internet, and land line). The installation day came, the technician got me all up and running for internet and land line, but the technican forgot to give me the cable card for my Tivo Box! I've repeatedly contacted customer service for them to send me the forgotten cable card, and the one time anything actually shipped to my house it was a just a box of HDMI and AV monitor cables, no cable card. I've been told each time i contact customer service via chat or via the phone that the issue will be resolved, and the cable card will be overnighted, but weeks later now Nothing! I'm really considering going back to Verizon Fios as they'll pay my cancelation fees with Comcast.
