Cable bury drop request

For well over a year I have been trying to get in touch with Xfinity about burying our cable lines. Georgia Power is eager to get rid of 3 power poles instead of replacing them.  They buried their cables at least 18 months ago, and we have been trying since to get the same from Xfinity. I have made too many phone calls to count and have been visited by service technicians- which I do not need because my service is fine.  Can someone please let me know who I need to get in touch with to get these cables buried? If I have to call and receive another ticket number that results in nothing, I may lose my mind.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
