Cable broken during burial
A comcast cable burial crew was here today and did a great job at both burying and breaking the cable.
Internet and tv is no longer working, the gateway is flashing green. The earliest anyone can come here is in 4 days. Absolutely dreadful costumer service from Comcast/Xfinity, as usual. Not sure why I haven’t switched to Brightspeed or Starlink yet, but this might be what pushes me over the edge.
Now we get to spend Memorial Day weekend with the family, without tv or internet.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
