Cable box

I paid my ill last night and my wifi works but my cable isn't working at all my remote also doesn't work it keeps saying contact xfinity there is an error

@user_or6u2h Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Can you tell me if there is an error code at all? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting via the Xfinity app, or unplugging the cable box and checking the connections?

It isn't showing a code and yes already troubleshoot. My netflix ect..works my cable live channels do not

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
