Cable box

I paid my ill last night and my wifi works but my cable isn't working at all my remote also doesn't work it keeps saying contact xfinity there is an error

@user_or6u2h Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Can you tell me if there is an error code at all? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting via the Xfinity app, or unplugging the cable box and checking the connections?

It isn't showing a code and yes already troubleshoot. My netflix ect..works my cable live channels do not

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

I have already done that . It keeps saying if you've made changes to your account recently.The updates may still be in process.If you haven't made any changes , please try watching another channel. I have not made any updates.My cable was shut off.I paid my bill yesterday to turn it back on.And my Wi-Fi came back on.But my table is not working at all.I've been doing this since six o'clock this morning

I sent another signal to the box and this one will trigger a reset. Is it processing the reset now?
