Cable Box

Box is stuck in Welcome mode. The only thing on the display is a lower case t. Screen keeps going to Welcome and languages and turns off again. Just keeps repeating that cycle.

Hey there user_5q176i, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your box. We would be happy to help with troubleshooting. I definitely want to ensure that your box is up and running for you! Have you checked all of your wiring to ensure that everything is tight? Have you tried unplugging the box, waiting 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to see if that helps?
