By far the worst company I have dealt with
Worst customer service. Deceptive and unethical business practices that have taken advantage of my elderly parents. If I had the time I would like a lawsuit against this company. Spent over 6 hrs trying to resolve a simple change in service order. Internert Xfinity assistant, speaking over the phone, and visit to store all proved pointless. Class Action lawsuit for Xfinity is inevitable for this company.
