Hi, I’m on the board of my HOA and we’re trying to get a number of our green box’s repaired and installed as yesterday’s windstorm blew a few of them away.

We'd be glad to assist with getting work orders for the uncovered pedestals, just click on the little chat message bubble icon in the upper right and send a private chat to "Xfinity Support" with your name and the addresses of the boxes, as well as any other photos you have of them, to start!
I'm sorry to report my correspondence with Ray [Edited: "Personal Information"] resulted in zero action taken to repair our broken cable boxes. How many more months/years will it take to do the right thing here?
