Burying my Internet Line

Hello. I have been trying to get my internet cable line buried for the last 30 days. I have called and made appointments and nobody has came out to bury it. Everything was marked and nothing has been done. I need this does ASAP because I am unable to cut our grass and we have pets that we cannot let out because it runs behind our house. I need this done as soon as possible or I am going to have to close my account and go with another internet provider because nobody will come out and bury my line. Please help me. I’ve been told I’ve had 2 separate appointments and both times nobody has came. Please help.
