Burying cables

I am waiting for cables to be buried, however I need to make sure that I am home when the trenching happens, to make sure the water line from the water meter to the house is not cut. This line IS NOT MARKED.
additionally, the cable will need to go under my driveway, and I know where a PVC pipe is located under the driveway to put the new cable through.
