Burying cables

I need the tower that is on my property to be removed so I can pour concrete. I have left messages with Comcast construction but no one has ever replied.

Hello @user_fd7254. For clarification, are you referring to the box out front that has the main cables in it from the area?

Thanks for confirming that. That "green tower" is placed on an easement and can not be moved. This is what the town/city allows for use to place them there.

So why is it that some of the houses around have them in a G5 box that has access but I have the tower? It stops me being able to pour concrete

At the time it was placed it was best determined that is what would be used by the team. As mentioned by my colleague we would not be able to have them moved as the town allowed it to be placed there. We greatly appreciate you reaching out about your concern.

I am not asking it to be removed just repositioned. With a G5 the cables are not protruding above ground level but everyone still has access to it.

The city replied to my email as follows:

The Comcast box in the utility easement is the property of Comcast, Building has no jurisdiction over the box. I have included the Engineering Department in this e-mail in case they can provide more information.
They are not worried what type of box G5 or tower as they have no jurisdiction. So what do I need to do to get the cable taken from the tower and put into a G5?
