Burying cable in a neighborhood
I live and am a contractor in my neighborhood. There are so many exposed lines laying on top of ground it is ridiculous. It's a safety issue. I fell last week. I'm 54 can't take a tuble like that again. Also, landscapers can't mow where exposed lines are which is every other unit. It's a mess. Please refer me to I need to get this done.
