Bury cable

I have had an exposed cable In my condo complex common area for weeks.  Have tried multiple ways to get it taken care of.  How can I get assistance?  I am beyond frustrated with customer service at this point.

Same-they buried a cable about 2 inches in my garden and after a few days it was completely exposed. It is impossible to speak to anyone-unless you request to cancel service-and then still no follow through. We have an orange cable the size of a garden hose running through the middle of our yard. They are supposed to bury it 8 inches

user_sb7dyc Good morning, and welcome to our Xfinity Forums Community. I'm sorry to hear your line wasn't buried deep enough. I'd be delighted to assist you in getting a ticket issued to have it re-buried. We want to try and get that done before the weather turns in most areas. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
