Buried Cable needs to move

My cable comes up my driveway underground. We are replacing our garage and the cable needs to move. Have been unable to speak to a real person via the phone. How do I get a tech to come out and get a relocate of the line done?

You've reached the best team to help get this done. In order to get started, can you please send us a direct message with your first and last name and the address to where the cable is located? To send a direct message click the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

@user_b168ab, you don't have to select a person specifically to send the direct message to us. You either select or type in Xfinity Support in the send to field and it will get to us so we can assist. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
