Buried Cable Line Problems
I had to have the cable line replaced (have no idea why). Suppose to have the work done on Friday (4/7/23) when I would be home and requested a phone call before work was started, the work was completed on Monday (4/3/23) with no phone call and no one at home. Now I have an outside cable box that has no cover on it and the cable connections are exposed, the old cable was just cut about a foot above ground and left, the box was not grounded, and the new cable only has about an inch of cover. When I aerate my lawn, that cable is going to get cut or punctured. I thought cable lines were required to have at least 18 inches of cover. Please come and get these issues fixed.
