Bucket Truck Appointment

I have not had Internet since Saturday 8/3/2024 due to a cable that was cut during a storm.  A technician came out yesterday and said that they need to bring a bucket truck out to re-install the cable correctly and that they would call me to schedule/setup the appointment.  I have not been called yet and would like to know when they are coming out to re-install the cable.
