Hello, @user_dxr0v7 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and creating a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, I can open a damage claim ticket for the broken sprinkler. Sorry to hear this occurred during the line bury, from experience I know that when markings are done it's only for underground wires/lines. It looks like our reporting site only has low hanging or hazardous lines to report: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue
Since I will need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation to create ticket, when you have time please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
@user_dxr0v7 thank you for sending the direct message, sorry to hear you were originally having issues. We do value your personal information when working with us over Xfinity Forums, and edited out your name on the previous public reply. I'll follow up with you in the direct message to get this claim submitted.

Can’t find direct message even after signing in. My account is under [Edit PII] and the sprinkler line was broken when installing the cable wire.
