broken sidewalk cover

Sidewalk cover broken. Comcast came out put in a note, said it would be done in 2 weeks. 2 months later it's still broken. How do I get this repaired?

A comcast guy came out to the property thinking it was an internal problem, when he saw it's outside he put in a proper ticket, said it would be fixed soon. 2 months later, nothing. Called comcast, they 'put a ticket in' and said it would be fixed. It was not I called days later, they said a ticket was never put it, but now they put in a ticket! and it would be fixed tomorrow. Days later, it still remains a dangerous tripping hazard in the sidewalk and no-one has been out to fix it. I've now spent about 10 hours on the phone with Comcast. How do I get a new lid for a sidewalk hole?!

It’s an impossible battle. The city has served us notice. I have wasted days of my life calling Comcast only to hear “I don’t see a ticket. I just put one in. Don’t worry, it will be fixed” repeatedly(!) to have nothing changed… for months!

There’s a giant hole in a heavily used sidewalk. We may just fill it in with cement so no one gets hurt.
