Broken promises and horrible service

For well over a year I have complained about my service. I have called numerous times, I have received calls from xfinity and I still have not received the service I pay for month after month. I have been promised so many times that my issue will be resolved. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and anyone else that will listen. My issue is at the pole that runs to another connection in my community. I have been told numerous times that is will be fixed but nope just another lie from you. I was paying $283 a month for just tv and internet that was not working so we downgraded and I still can not get service. I want it fixed or I want a refund for all the years I was cheated out of service.
