Broken box on telephone pole.

There's this box hanging off my telephone pole that looks busted, water can get in it, and it makes an odd noise when the wind blows hard.  Given my service line for Xfinity comes out of it I'm assuming it's some type of splitter box or something.  Anyway, I wanted to know if someone should/could come fix it.

This box, though tangled up with Xfinity wires is actually an old ATT splitter box.  Thank you for looking into it and helping us understand what we were dealing with.

It's not impacting my service as of now, my worry is that something might happen where it will, since it looks busted up.
