Broken and uncovered utility box

As the title says, our utility box has been broken and uncovered since the day we got our service. As of writing this comment, it has been damaged, which has led to our TVs glitching and going black for a few minutes at least, and a few hours at the longest. I have tried numerous times to get someone to come out here and fix it, but no one has been by.

So, do tell me who I have to scream at in order to get this issue resolved--an issue that should have been resolved MONTHS AGO?!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:


Click "Sign In" if necessary


Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


Press Enter to send it.
