I very much understand the desire to kick back, relax, and watch your favorite pundits or shows on TV. I'd love to help you get settled back in with your services, but first I'll need to clarify a few things. Firstly, were you placed on a seasonal hold during that 8 month time span? Also, since receiving this notice on the TV have you tried to restart the TV box? This can be done by unplugging the TV box for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
