Billing Issues, and Service date end issues

I cannot get ahold of anyone real with your company. This is ridiculous. I was told my services would end on Oct 23rd. They are still on on Nov 2nd. And I have a bill that's double the price due to their mistake. I cannot get ahold of a real person to explain the situation. I cannot wait to file a complaint with the better Business Bureau. Fix your automatic system especially when you all make mistakes and I have receipts. Ridiculous I should not have to call four times to get connected with someone.

@user_g1azo2 thanks for your feedback. Typically what happens is your final bill date is put in then you have a 10-day grace period after that date to return your equipment meanwhile during that time you are not charged. I am happy to look into your account and make sure everything was properly taken care of . Please send us your full name and complete address in a Direct Message.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it

I do not know how to send you a direct message. I am literally in hold with support for billing. I have an email receipt that says my services would have been terminated on Oct 24th. Taht was emailed Oct 10th. My services are still on I got billed $130 dollars. The women on the phone is telling me this is my fault. Which is odd since I cannot turn my services off myself and I called Oct 10th.. I need my charges to be removed from my account. Yes I have a past due balance of 60 + 10 late fee. I don't mind paying that but the new charge I will not be paying.
