Billing and Covid

I have made a payment arrangement but I’m worried my services will be suspended. I was out of work for 7 months and recently got Covid after going back. I’m struggling to keep up with the bill what can I do?

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. 

As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges and reactivation fees incurred over the past  months plus an additional credit for your loyalty.


I hope that helps in making the overall balance due more manageable.
