My xfinity bill was paid on August. 10th for $75,90 cents. Today they try to charge my account $97.03. And fortunately, I didn't have that much money in my account so it wasn't charged. I need to talk to an agent to find out what is happening. And why this $97.03 charge?.

Have you had a chance to check and see if you received any emails about this charge or reviewed the latest billing statement? That may shed some light on it.
