Bill

My bill is incorrect. I have been hung up on many times. I started over three hours ago. They were to call me back. They've never called me back. The voice assistant couldn't help the texting. Didn't help somebody. Please call me back. I am thinking of discontinuing the service after 32 years

user_043a42 Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would be feeling pretty frustrated if I were in your shoes too. Our digital team is here to help you review your bill and get things resolved. Please send us your full name and complete address via our direct messages.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
