I have Xfinity internet service from 2020. The thing is I never watched any broadcast channel using this. Why I was charged for that , I don’t want to pay for that and want my money which I paid for the services I have never gotten

As a consumer myself, I always like to make sure my bills are accurate so I understand where you are coming from. I see that you stated you have had Internet since 2020, we appreciate your loyalty. To confirm, do you have TV service as well or just internet? Or, are you subscribed to any 3rd party streaming services through XFINITY for example Netflix or Max?
