Bill extension and extra charge.

I was wondering if i could get an extension to my bill that is due. I have always payed on time and Covid 19 has work slow right now and it is effecting my income drastically at the moment. I also got an over data charge but i read that you guys are not charging for over data usage right now?

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above

 

As a courtesy, I have credited back any data overage charges incurred over the past months plus an additional credit for your loyalty. I hope that helps make the balance due more manageable.
