Benson Boone Presale Code

I’m in a 2 mile radius, a diamond member and also can’t find the code. Tried calling as well and nobody could help.  

Nope, they wanted to move to a dm and I’ve now been ghosted for 30 minutes after being told I was “being cared for by a team member that cares” going 6 hours dealing with customer service, absolutely trash preparation. I checked my rewards acct last night after they announced the show for a code, nothing. This morning nothing and after being on hold for 45 minutes getting the run around I was told the code wasn’t up and that it has lag time, I was reassured my code would arrive before noon, that I had an urgent service request submitted and still nothing. Regardless this seems to be the thing that will get me to stop paying a ridiculous amount for subpar service. Cancellation after a decade is definitely happening! 

Did anyone get a code?
