Being Charged For Returned Equipment

I just found out that I have been charged for returned equipment after leaving xfinity. It has now gone to collection and I am unable to get in contact with any person from Comcast. How can i contact a real person from Comcast?

We see that you were charged for some equipment that was returned and we are here to look into this for you. In order to get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
