Been paying for a remote control and box we never received
We upgraded our tv to world soccer ticket months ago and for some reason we never received the x1 tv box and remote control but being charged for one. I asked months ago to have the box and as usual nothing that Xfinity promises with these upgrades is ever honored. Customer service is of no use and never mind trying to go to one of its stores because its no help and long wait times. Really not worth the money is what I am really finding out. I had problems in the past with their mobile service and now its the scam of upgrading and paying more. Xfinity used to be a great company and great to its customers. Please send the equipment that I should have received back in October and been paying for and make an adjustment for the months charged for this equipment
