Balcony Renovations in progress on 3-story condominium complex. Existing coax needs to be relocated.

Hi there, I am the Project Manager for the Architecture company that is overseeing the construction repairs for 2 areas of exterior balconies on a 3-story building.  The Xfinity lines current are run under each balcony and drilled up and through the existing balconies.  These lines cannot be allowed to go through the new repaired balconies in order to maintain the waterproofing at each level.  The area is under construction currently and the old balconies have been removed, now we need the coaxial lines relocated to the side of the building and back into the units above the balcony.
How can we coordinate someone from Xfinity to visit the site, review the conditions, and assist us with getting these lines relocated?
