Automatic payments

Who gave you permission to do automatic payments? My bill is being paid twice every month since February I did not authorize this.

With XFINITY home services, you can set up or turn off automatic payments with the directions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments. It is not required or activated by default. If you are referring to XFINITY Mobile, automatic payment is a requirement of service.
